Phelps won his 6th gold medal tonight and swam his way into another individual final which will be held tomorrow night.  There just isn’t any way to properly describe his ability and focus.  The women’s individual all around gymnastic competition was also tonight and the Americans took both the gold and silver medals even with some questionable judging.  Track and field will be starting soon and there are some exciting events to come there.  It’s almost the weekend and that means my parents are almost here!  They are leaving late Friday evening and arriving in the early A.M. hours of Saturday morning.  I hope the weather holds out while they are here!
