Happy Birthday to our country! We had a small BBQ today just for our family today. Hot dogs, hamburgers, and that yummy potato salad! I hope everyone’s holiday was a great one and everyone got to see some nice firework displays. Above all, I hope everyone had a SAFE holiday! Anyway, my wife and I have started to watch Lost from the first episode on DVD. We have the first 3 seasons on DVD and are going to watch them through. It is such a great show. If you don’t watch it, I suggest renting the season series and catch up on it as it returns to television next February – which means you have time. On a sad note, I found one of the surviving baby birds dead today on our porch. It must have fell out of the nest or the mom pushed it out. At least it survived a few extra days and died a natural death in some manner. Well, I’m off to watch some more Lost.
