Mizzou will be playing Northwestern in the Valero Alamo Bowl game on December 29th.  Northwestern is similar to Missouri in that they beat the people they were supposed to for the most part and lost to the higher ranked teams so the game is a fair matchup of 9 win teams looking for their 10th win.  I think Mizzou’s offense will come to life and dominate the game and finish off a disappointing, even though successful year, with a win.

Florida will play Oklahoma for the college football national championship on January 8th.  That should be an exciting game.  I’m sure we’ll see lots of points scored in that one as their offenses are excellent against any defense.

The Rams continued their season of futility today with another loss.  At least today’s loss meant something for someone… the Arizona Cardinals, by defeating the Rams, are officially heading to the playoffs as the NFC West champions.

My wife and I went to the city today and we got a few Christmas presents.  Some shops were busy but for the most part, I didn’t think things were normal Christmas “busy.”
