Series Suspended

Rain washed out the Series game tonight.  Interesting game and situation though.  The game is currently tied 2-2 in the 6th inning and since it’s suspeneded, whenever the rain goes away, the game will start up from exactly where it left off.  No redo, no start over, just start where it’s at.  So, there may only be 3 innings of World Series play left this year and it may not get played for a couple of days because the east coast has lots of rain on the way.  I hope the Phillies finish it off so baseball can just be done with.  I have kept my promise somewhat in that I have not watched a complete inning yet.  Overall, I may have seen enough outs to make up an inning, but I haven’t watched anything consecutively.  Tonight we are supposed to get down to 25 degrees, cold!  Oh, there is a gas station in souther Missouri selling gas under $2 per gallon.  Who would have ever thought?  I guess all it took was a complete financial meltdown and economic collapse to return some sense of normalcy to gas prices?  Well, to me, normalcy is $1.25 or less per gallon…
